Diana L. Garcia brings 27 years of experience as a paralegal. She is our Pre-litigation Case Manager. She has 2 Bachelor's degrees, a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Diana meets with every pre-litigation client at the time of settlement. Diana works closely with the attorneys during the settlement process and is responsible for gathering and analyzing files for litigation.   

Ruby is a Pre-Litigation Paralegal and Intake Manager for Martinez & Associates, PLLC. She has been a member of Martinez & Associates PLLC, since January 2012. Ruby has over 19 years of legal experience.

She takes pride in overseeing the new case screening process and works alongside clients as they sort through the overwhelming uncertainties that accompany an injury.

She enjoys getting to know clients and their families personally and sharing in the moment when they are made.

Ruby prides herself in seeing the big picture, and at the same time, takes care of the details. With a tenacious focus on organization, coordination, and creative problem-solving, she helps contribute to organizational success and prides herself on her relentless dedication to taking care of our clients.

Claudia Acuna is a native Texan. She was raised in Brownsville, Texas.  Ms. Acuna relocated to San Antonio in October 2008.  Ms. Acuna brings 20 years of experience working as an Administrator and Office Management in the corporate arena.  In May of 2018, Ms. Acuna brought her experience and broad skill set to the legal field when she joined the litigation department of Martinez & Associates as a legal secretary.  Ms. Acuna works directly with the attorneys of Martinez & Associates, assisting them in the development of clients’ personal injury cases and preparing for trial or early resolution through mediation.  Ms. Acuna is a valued employee and plays an integral role in the Martinez & Associates litigation team where she works diligently and professionally to achieve a successful outcome for each client. 

Erika is a Pre-Litigation Paralegal for Martinez & Associates, PLLC. With over 16 years of legal experience in Public Finance and 3 years in Personal Injury, she assists the attorneys with pre-litigation matters pertaining to personal injury. She received her certification through the University of North Texas Paralegal Development Institute.  Erika prides herself on giving the clients she serves the ultimate care and attention they deserve while tracking, monitoring, and achieving the desired outcomes for every case and doing so in a timely manner.
