Diana Gallegos has been the receptionist at Martinez & Associates, PLLC for the past 8 years. She is a digital document specialist and is responsible for handling faxes, scanning, and filing all incoming documents. She is bilingual and is part of the pre-litigation team. She contributes to Martinez & Associates’ success and prides herself on relentless dedication to ensure that clients are well taken care of.

Jessica Diego Martinez founded Martinez & Associates, PLLC alongside her husband Desi I. Martinez in 2006. Jessica has over 25 years of experience in the legal field.
Her job duties consist of accounting for the firm, booking keeping, human resources, handling all the reductions and funding of disbursement of settlements for pre-litigation and litigation clients.  Jessica serves as the firm’s administrator for billing, and payroll, manages the day-to-day operations, and handles all accounting for client files. She also works closely and assists each Attorney to make sure they are achieving the desired outcomes for their clients.
Jessica is fluent in English and Spanish.
Education:  Angelo State University and St. Mary’s University.
BA in Psychology, Minor Criminal Justice.

Edna Lopez has been a member of Martinez & Associates, PLLC since January 2012, and is bilingual (English/Spanish). As a Legal Secretary, she provides administrative support to the firm’s attorneys and litigation paralegals. Ms. Lopez is an integral part of the litigation team and works diligently to achieve a successful outcome for each client.

Diana L. Garcia brings 27 years of experience as a paralegal. She is our Pre-litigation Case Manager. She has 2 Bachelor's degrees, a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Diana meets with every pre-litigation client at the time of settlement. Diana works closely with the attorneys during the settlement process and is responsible for gathering and analyzing files for litigation.

Ruby is a Pre-Litigation Paralegal and Intake Manager for Martinez & Associates, PLLC. She has been a member of Martinez & Associates PLLC, since January 2012. Ruby has over 19 years of legal experience.
She takes pride in overseeing the new case screening process and works alongside clients as they sort through the overwhelming uncertainties that accompany an injury.
She enjoys getting to know clients and their families personally and sharing in the moment when they are made.
Ruby prides herself in seeing the big picture, and at the same time, takes care of the details. Claudia Acuna is a native Texan. She was raised in Brownsville, Texas.  Ms. Acuna relocated to San Antonio in October 2008.  Ms. Acuna brings 20 years of experience working as an Administrator and Office Management in the corporate arena.  In May of 2018, Ms. Acuna brought her experience and broad skill set to the legal field when she joined the litigation department of Martinez & Associates as a legal secretary.  Ms. Acuna works directly with the attorneys of Martinez & Associates, assisting them in the development of clients’ personal injury cases and preparing for trial or early resolution through mediation.  Ms. Acuna is a valued employee and plays an integral role in the Martinez & Associates litigation team where she works diligently and professionally to achieve a successful outcome for each client.

She received her certification through the University of North Texas Paralegal Development Institute.  Erika prides herself on giving the clients she serves the ultimate care and attention they deserve while tracking, monitoring, and achieving the desired outcomes for every case and doing so in a timely manner.

As a Release of Information Specialist for Martinez & Associates, Isela is responsible for overseeing the ordering of all HIPPA-compliant medical and billing records for both our Pre-Litigation and Litigation teams. She also handles general administrative tasks within the law office, including handling legal correspondence and digital media upload and management.
