Attorney Desi I. Martinez represents only "the folks", whether that means helping them against the incredible power of the government, corporations or insurance companies. Desi has earned a reputation for taking cases to court that other attorneys do not feel is worth their time or beyond their ability to win. Known for his personal and engaging style, Desi has been recognized in Scene in San Antonio Magazine's Best Lawyers for 2009, 2010, and 2011.

Desi is an alumnus of Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College, and graduate program, considered the most prestigious and selective trial advocacy college in America. In 2011, Desi was invited and accepted membership into the College of the State Bar of Texas, an honor society composed of the best trained attorneys in Texas. In addition, he is also a proud member of the San Antonio Trial Lawyer's Association and Texas Trial Lawyer’s Association.

Damond Kelly Garza has spent his entire professional career in trial work and preparation. Upon finishing his law degree, Damond was selected by his law school faculty as a national member of the Order of the Barristers.

Damond then spent the first five years of his career refining his litigation skills while representing some of the largest insurance companies and multi-national corporations in the world. This invaluable experience has prepared Damond to now help individuals in their fight against those very same corporations.
